Meet the Founder
Anil Kumar Singh founded SofTechLink to bring big-company IT discipline to the small and family-owned manufacturers that make up so much of Northeast Ohio's industrial base. With over 20 years of enterprise IT leadership experience, including building technology strategy, cybersecurity governance, and cloud infrastructure for large, multi-site global manufacturing operations — Anil has seen firsthand how enterprise IT actually works at scale. SofTechLink exists to bring that same caliber of thinking to businesses that will never need (or want) an enterprise IT budget, but deserve the same level of strategic guidance.Anil holds an MBA and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation alongside a background in engineering — a combination that shapes how SofTechLink approaches every engagement: technology decisions are never made in isolation from the financial and operational reality of the business making them.
